The terms, in plain language.

Last updated: 2026-11-05. These terms cover the free verification report, the paid managed migration, and the optional check built into the WordPress plugin.

The verification report

The report compares a site you control against a replacement. It is evidence, not a warranty: it reads public pages and reports what it finds, and it cannot see anything behind a login or outside the pages it discovers. Run it before launch, and re-run it after fixes.

Acceptable use

Only verify sites you own or are authorised to test. Ownership is checked before a scan. Do not use the service to copy, scrape or probe a site you do not control, and do not attempt to bypass the ownership gate or rate limits.

Managed migration

Managed migrations are quoted per site, from $2,500. We confirm page count, platform and catalogue size before starting. The $500 deposit reserves a slot and is credited against the quote; it is refunded if we cannot take the job. Work begins after the scope is agreed.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Receipts are emailed by Stripe. A deposit is not a fixed-price agreement for the whole migration; the quote is the scope.

Availability and liability

The free service is provided as-is. We aim to keep it available but do not promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, RoboticForce is not liable for indirect losses, lost rankings or lost revenue from a migration we did not perform. Our liability for a paid migration is limited to the amount paid for that migration.
